Bibliography
This is a listing of the books that I have either read from, skimmed through, glanced at and even studied during these past years of music teaching and directing.  I have brought them out from under the librarial dust that has collected over these years to review once again.  I would recommend these books to anyone interested in doing a deeper study of music.  All of the "right stuff" is available in most music books today, but there is still one book that is "missing" and that is - What Does the Bible Say About Music?

In a deeper reality, however, that book really does already exist - it is the 1611 King James Bible.  My hope is that I could encourage and assist folks to open up their KJB and seriously ask the Lord to show them all about music.

The Holy Spirit will teach the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about music to anyone truly seeking!

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance,
whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 14:26

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:
for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak:
and he will shew you things to come.
John 14:13

People-ography

My ears have heard preaching & teaching from Evangelists Sam Gipp, Rex Harrison, Jim White, John Marshal, Gerald Sutek & Terrell Bear, and Alan Ives along with Pastors Thomas Mowery, Rod Phillips, David Peacock, Drew Stewart, Mike Collingwood, Haralan Popov, Georgi Vins, Linton Smith, Peter Ruckman, James Modlish, early Larry Waye, Mike Matijevich, Craig Taylor, and Lester Roloff in addition to the many missionaires & web-site friends I have met.  In these latter times, assistance from Gail Riplinger & Doug Stauffer has also been quite eye-opening.

These folks have all influenced me one way or another in the direction God has taken me concerning music.

Of course there have also been the many close and not so close friends as well as fellow-teachers & administrators that have been great encouragement to me as a musician, teacher, preacher, pastor and now maybe even evangelist.

There have even been those enemies, scoffers, atheists, skeptics, lunatics and assorted bad guys and gals that have aided in my learning and growth.  My thanks to them all!

My learning continues each day as the Lord guides me through His words
here with my Touchet Baptist Church family
and in my King James Bible!
