When one looks at all the CCM and now even the words that are being sung in our KJV Churches, we see 'signs' that we have forgotten the Scriptures.  God has never been One to 'hold back' anything He would want us to know, and if He wants us to praise Him, then He would surely be specific in what He would have us say and sing.

Obviously, His very doings in our lives are worth singing praises to Him.
It is good and it is pleasant to do sing praises unto our God.
But He is also clear with His specifics, as we see below.

A word of warning:  just because someone, or a group or a family sings any of the specific Scriptural topics as listed below, don't ignore the musical language that is being presented as well.  Bad words with good music is still worthless to send as praises, and neither are good words with bad music.
